Christy Case

Hi Laker Family!  My name is Christy Case and music has been a part of my life since about age 7 when I began taking piano lessons.  I have an undergraduate degree in instrumental music education from Western Michigan University and a masters in vocal music education from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago.  I taught in the public schools for 18 years, 14 of those years were spent in the Benzie Central School System.  For the past 7 years, I have been subbing, coaching basketball and serving as a piano accompanist for various choirs, band students and choral students. 

I reside in Benzie County with my husband, Andrew, and our two sons, Carson & Caleb Case and a golden doodle named, Rocky.  In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my family, baking, snowmobiling and watching my two sons play basketball.  I also work full-time with my family at our family business, The Cherry Hut, in Beulah.
