I grew up in St. Ignace. I graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology. I was a cornerbacks coach and strength and conditioning assistant at Northwood University. I briefly interned at Central Michigan University as a strength and conditioning assistant. I have my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certificate.
I live in Northern Michigan with my wife Presley and dog Bullet. I enjoy all outdoor activities Northern Michigan has to offer, especially fishing and hunting.
