My family and I have been blessed to call Glen Lake our home since 2010. Eric and I have two daughters, Addisen and Kendyl and two sons, Hayden and Ryker. We live in Empire where we get to enjoy all the great things northern Michigan has to offer. We love to play at the beach, hike, camp, participate in 4-H and travel the US. We own a big farm and raise all kinds of animals with help from our golden retrievers, including, lambs, goats, bunnies, chickens, guinea fowl, ducks, and our two cats. Keeps us plenty busy and full of FUN!
I started teaching early childhood in 2004 after I graduated from Central MIchigan University with my certification in elementary education, a major in child development along with math and reading endorsements. I returned to CMU to earn a master’s degree in educational administration and community leadership. I have always wanted to teach early childhood and it is my passion to foster that first love of learning for kiddos.
