I have been teaching at Glen Lake as an art instructor since 2015. Instructing at Glen Lake has been and continues to be the best environment for fostering creativity as it is a very enriching environment and school community!
I graduated from Western Michigan University in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Art Education and a minor in Psychology. I have been teaching art in some capacity to all age groups and abilities for more than 20 years. I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to guide and challenge artists through their creative process.
I am married with one child who graduated in 2020 from Glen Lake. I love being in nature especially Northern Michigan and am inspired by it exclusively in my own works of art. I enjoy photography, painting, and sculpting.
