I was hired as the district librarian in 2016 and I love my job! I am fortunate to be able to work with staff and students at every grade level, sharing my love of reading with the youngest Lakers and instructing secondary students how to access and evaluate relevant information in this ever-changing digital world. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Aquinas College and a Library Media Certification from Grand Valley State University.

I am a married mother of 4 grown children and two adorable dogs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking (and eating!), taking long walks in the woods and playing outside with the dogs.
