Calling 5th-8th grade students to join the next Stepping Into Girls Who Code event this year! They will meet at 20 Fathoms at 10850 E Traverse Hwy Ste 4400, Traverse City, MI 4968. Students will rotate through various tech and coding activities, have fun, make new friends, and eat pizza, chips, and cookies. For more information and registration scan the QR code on the flyer.

Our 6th grade students are off to a great start with their day of learning at Leelanau Outdoor Center! This exciting trip is aligned to the work students have been completing in ELA class! Do you remember the book, To Build a Fire by Jack London? What a way to wrap up so much learning! Thank you Mrs. Brown and Mr. Smith for taking them on this adventure!

There will be a Silent Auction at tonight's Cancer Awareness Game where the Glen Lake Girls Basketball team takes on Onekama starting at 5:30 pm (JV). There are over 50 items available to bid on! Learning outdoors at Glen Lake Elementary is an adventure where fun meets nature's wonders.

Today is an exciting day for Glen Lake. For the first time in many years we have high school students being taught AutoCAD. Thanks to the board of education and the hiring of Mr. Drown to make this possible.
